THE GOVERNANCE

The organizational and managerial structure of the company has as its basic elements the ethical principles that conform with the company culture, the context in which it operates and the constantly evolving market.

SWItalia, according to Legislative Decree 231/2001, has set up a system of organization, management and control of the company which consists of procedural and organisational rules; Code of Conduct; disciplinary system; Supervisory body.
The rules of conduct envisaged in the model are integrated with those of the Code of ethics, while pursuing different purposes. In fact, while the Code of Ethics is the instrument adopted autonomously in order to express the principles/values that SWItalia recognizes as its own and on which it calls for compliance by all employees and collaborators in general, the model responds to Specific prescriptions contained in the decree and is aimed at preventing the Commission of particular types of offences. The task of supervising the functioning and observance of the model is entrusted to the supervisory body of the company.
All of SWItalia’s Governance tools are subject to constant verification in relation to the legislation in force and monitored in order to verify the level of respect and application.
